Hire of Junior and friend’s cars are subject to availability, customers can only hire a Junior and friend’s car by downloading our Mobile App from the App Store, Google or direct from our website www.juniorandfriends and on a first served basis.
Only one child per Junior and friend’s car at all times (unless a double seater). Children must be securely restrained using the belts provided and be always wearing shoes.
Children must be over 12 months old, able to sit-up unaided and be no more than 130 cm height. Only children who meet these requirements are permitted to ride in the Junior and friend’s car.
The junior and friend’s car must be always operated properly and safely, in accordance with the operating guidelines displayed on the Junior and friend’s car.
The supervising adult must ensure that attention is taken to avoid contact with other Junior and friend’s cars, objects, or people.
Children must be always supervised whilst in the Junior and friend’s car.
Junior and friend’s cars may only be used inside the Centre. Junior and friend’s car cars cannot be used on any escalators or stairs.
Junior and friend’s cars must be returned to a parking station and hire must be ended when the shopping centre.
The supervising adult is responsible for all costs, losses, and liabilities incurred because of any injury or damage to the child and/or themselves and/or property damaged incurred whilst the Junior and friend’s car is in their possession, including if the Junior and friend’s car is stolen. In the event the car is damaged beyond repair or stolen then costs of £1,000 will be reclaimed through the County Courts.
The supervising adult is responsible for all damages, losses, costs, or expenses suffered by Junior and friend’s cars Ltd because of any breach of these terms and conditions. This does not limit or affect Junior and friend’s cars responsibility to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees.
Junior and friend’s cars retain the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel the hire of a Junior and friend’s car at its sole discretion.
Any unattended property is left at the supervising adult’s risk and Junior and friend’s car, or the Shopping Centre owner assumes no liability for any theft, loss, or damage to unattended property.
All personal data submitted to Junior and friend’s cars will always be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy to be found on our website www.juniorandfriends.com
Junior and friend’s cars reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
